Kelvin W. Armstrong
President, CEO
With more than 28 years experience in the industry, Kelvin W. Armstrong is the Founding President and CEO of Armstrong Solutions, Inc. Kelvin began his career at Arthur Andersen, as a Hardware Technician. In 1994, he was promoted to Network Administrator, responsible for the network operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth Office. Because of his passion for small business, in 1997, Kelvin left Arthur Andersen, to partner in a joint venture, Micro Integration Consulting. Later in 1999, Kelvin started Armstrong Solutions, Inc. As a leader in the industry and recent graduate from the SBA Emerging Leaders Program, Kelvin continues to build lasting partnerships across the states of Texas, Florida and Arizona.
Dexter Shelley
VP Technology Consulting
Dexter Shelley has been working in the industry of Information Technology for over 25 years. Dexter is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems. Dexter began his career interning at Arthur Andersen in 1992, where he was responsible for configuring and repairing IT equipment. In 1995, Dexter continued his IT career with Haggar Clothing Co. There, he traveled the country and maintained offsite facilities, with his knowledge of Networking and Desktop support. In 1997, he joined Micro Integration Consulting, where he provided technical support for a variety of businesses. In 1999, Dexter was promoted to Project Manager with Chubb Technical Training Institute.
Dexter joined Armstrong Solutions later, in 2001, as the Vice President of Technical Consulting, where he has put his years of experience to test. Dexter has a wealth of knowledge in the Information Technology, and his consulting experience has helped build up several small businesses to success.
